Breguet Br. XIX was a light bomber and reconnaissance aircraft, also used for long-distance flights, designed by the French Breguet company around the start of 1920s. Spain bought a prototype and a license in 1923, and soon started its production so as to make of it the basic equipment of Spanish bomber and reconnaissance units until the initial period of the Spanish Civil War. They were actively used as bombers by both sides, but after 1937 were withdrawn from frontline service.
